How to Enroll In Coverage
MNSure has a statewide network of expert assisters who can help you apply and enroll. The assister you choose can be a navigator or a broker. They can give you help over the phone or in-person. You can also choose to enroll yourself on the MNSure website.
Use a MNSure Broker
Use a MNSure Navigator
Enroll On Your Own
Use a MNSure Broker
Brokers like Dayton's Bluff Financial are insurance professionals licensed by the state of Minnesota and certified by MNsure who provide enrollment help and can recommend plans. Brokers usually get commissions from health insurance companies for enrolling people into private insurance plans. Some brokers may only be able to sell plans from specific health insurance companies. MNsure-certified brokers help you understand your coverage options and can give you advice about picking an insurance plan that best meets your needs. They can help you in person or over the phone. Services from most MNsure-certified brokers, including Dayton's Bluff Financial, are free. If you work with a different Broker, they must tell you in advance if they will charge a fee, and for how much.
Use a MNSure Navigator
MNsure-certified navigators are trained experts at local, trusted community organizations. You can use a navigator to help you fill out your application and enroll in coverage. They can also help with coverage renewals, report changes to your account and provide enrollment follow-up. Services from MNsure-certified navigators are always free. Navigators specialize in Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare enrollment. They can help you enroll in a private insurance plan and provide basic insurance education, but they cannot give you advice about picking an insurance plan. Some navigators are certified to help individuals apply for an insulin assistance program.

Enroll On Your Own
If you prefer to enroll in coverage without the help of an Asssister, you can create an account at www.MNSure.org and complete the application process there.
