Seminar Registrations are optional.

Registrations for seminars are optional, but we encourage participants to register. "Insurance Benefits Academy" is our online learning management system. There are several benefits to registration for this online learning community:

Virtual Seminars

Register for future sessions and manage your registrations.
Access written materials and handouts.
Receive reminders of upcoming sessions.
View virtual sessions and submit questions via chat to the presenter.

In-Person Seminars

Register for future sessions and manage your registrations.
Access written materials and handouts.
Receive reminders of upcoming sessions.
An accurate estimate of the number of attendees helps us have enough handouts and refreshments at the site for your use.

Even if you choose not to register, you can still attend our seminars. Virtual seminars are broadcast on our website and on our YouTube channel. In-person seminar locations and times are posted on our Benefits Academy website and drop-ins are welcome.

Registration

Any information you use when registering for an educational seminar is used for that purpose. We do not offer sales presentations at these events, and we do not use the information you provided to register for any sales activity. Participants who are also seeking help choosing or enrolling in a plan must submit a written "Permission to Contact" form to request a call or may schedule an appointment online.
